Unfortunately the Amana Tool 424000 Face Frame Counterbore/Drill for Face Frame Machines 9mm x 3/8 SHK x 4 Inch Long, Type 1 will not work with your Shop Fox W1833 pocket hole machine.

The Amana Tool 424000 Face Frame Counterbore/Drill has a 9mm round shank while the Shop Fox uses a 3/8" stepped shank (meaning one side of the shank is flat) which means they would not be pyhsically compatible.
