Unfortunately we do not make V-Groove bits that are able to bevel materials as thick as 5/8" Aluminum. Our aluminum V Groove tooling is designed for shallow cuts and engravings o these metal surfaces like Aluminum.
For engraving Aluminum, I would use either of these two SKU's below:
