Would this work well to countersink holes for an Ipe deck installation?

I need to drill and countersink ~1000 holes for deck fasteners in an Ipe deck (a very hard wood). I need clean, repeatable countersinks for the wooden plugs to finish it off. I'm curious if this Amana tool is up to the task...

Yes, the Amana Tool AMS-307 2-Pc Carbide Tipped Countersink with Adjustable Depth Stop and No-Thrust, No Marring Ball Bearing, with Plug Cutter Pack has done these types of jobs in IPE deck before. I would purchase probably 2 bit sets as for 1,000 holes in that hard material, you'll need to change it out as it won't be able to do all 1,000 holes.
