No, Never use Drill bits in a router because they are designed for vertical drilling, and will not work in the high-speed lateral cutting that routers do, and using them in a router can be unsafe and cause damage to you , the tool and the material. Always use router bits specifically designed for routers , misuse will get you hurt and out of work.
