Raised panel cabinet doors are typically between 3/4 inch (about 19 mm) and 1 inch (about 25 mm) thick. The most common thickness is 3/4 inch, but custom or premium options may be slightly thicker for added durability and a more substantial look.In my shop I use many different style cutters and stock a wide variety of them. It is always good to have to many styles because having to order a specific style will take time and customers don't want to hear that.
