A thin kerf blade is a saw blade with a narrower width of cut, typically around 3/32 inch (about 2.3 mm) or less. These blades remove less material than standard kerf blades, making them ideal for use with saws that have less power or when minimizing waste is important. When selecting a thin kerf blade always choose a quality made blade for uninterrupted service as is done in my shop.
