To identify the kerf width on saw blades, look for the "kerf" specification printed on the blade or its packaging, usually given in millimeters or inches. If not labeled, you can measure the width of the blade's teeth with a caliper, as this determines the actual cut width (kerf) the blade will make. It is always good to write on the blade with a marker the specs. of the blade for quick ,correct selection.
