For ripping wood, a blade with fewer teeth is best usually 24 to 30 teeth on a 10-inch blade. Fewer teeth help remove material quickly and efficiently, making it ideal for cutting along the grain. In my shop we only use quality blades for a beautiful outcome . I have many blades for the multiple kinds of cutting being done .
