Yes, you can use a Dremel for detail sanding, especially in small or hard-to-reach areas. By attaching sanding drums or discs, a Dremel tool can efficiently smooth and shape wood, metal, or plastic surfaces where larger sanders can't reach. In my shop I also use the Fein MultiMaster MM 500 for great detail sanding and also tight corner sanding.
