It is not recommended to cut aluminum with a ferrous (steel) blade, as the softer aluminum can quickly clog the teeth and cause overheating or damage to the blade. Instead, use a blade specifically designed for non-ferrous metals for safer and cleaner cuts. The blade will be damaged and cause down time and reordering which will effect your shop production . In my shop we stay by the rules with no short cuts that will cost me in the end.
