When choosing a chip/dust collector, look for strong suction power, an efficient filtration system (such as HEPA filters), and a capacity suitable for your workspace. Consider ease of maintenance, noise level, and whether it can handle the specific types of dust your work produces. You can't put a price on protecting your lungs after all you only get two so always go for the best quality system available.
