To assemble a CNC router, first follow the manufacturer's instructions to connect the frame, linear rails, and lead screws or belts. Next, mount the motors, control board, and spindle, then wire all electronic components according to the wiring diagram. Finally, secure all parts, check for proper alignment, and test the machine before use.
