The fine particles can irritate your airways and lungs, leading to inflammation and symptoms like coughing and difficulty breathing. Wearing proper protective equipment, such as masks, can help reduce the risk. You only get 2 lungs and to keep mine healthy I use my Festool FS-575994 and protective gear it really cut the dust down to almost nothing in the air.
