To avoid stripping screws use a Drill / Driver combination set use the correct size and type of bit for the xxxx , and apply steady, even pressure while drilling. Make sure to set the drill/ driver to a low or medium speed and the clutch setting as well to prevent over-tightening or stripping of the xxxx . Remember Slow and Steady wins the race.
