The two types of dado blades are the stacked dado set and the wobble (or adjustable) dado blade. A stacked dado set consists of multiple blades and chippers that are combined to achieve the desired width, while a wobble dado blade is a single blade mounted at an angle to cut a wider groove as it spins. Both are used on table saws to create grooves or dadoes in wood. In my shop I prefer the Stacked Dado set for perfect cuts and I get mine from AmanaTools .
