The STEPCRAFT Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) for MM-1000DI and MM-1000 Spindles does not come with a spindle assembly. It comes with 1x Tool Changer and 1x Magazine to hold up to 6 tools but not the spindle assembly itself. Therefore, you would need to purchase a router separately in order for the full changing to take place. The $899.00 price is without the spindle assembly these pieces attach to.
