For cutting plastic, a blade with 10 to 16 teeth per inch (TPI) is generally best. Lower TPI blades (around 10-12) work well for thicker plastics, while higher TPI (14-16) provides smoother cuts on thinner materials. Always use a fine-toothed blade to avoid chipping or cracking the plastic.
