Different CNC bits are designed for specific cutting tasks: end mills are used for general cutting and shaping, ball nose bits create smooth curves and contours, and V-bits excel at engraving and detailed work. The bit’s shape, size, and material composition determine the type of cut, finish, and materials it can handle. In my shop, I exclusively use AMANA brand bits because they consistently deliver excellent performance, durability, and precision, ensuring reliable results with every project, regardless of the material or complexity involved.
