For cutting Corian, use carbide-tipped router bits, as they are durable and stay sharp when working with this solid surface material. Straight, flush trim, and round-over bits are commonly used depending on the desired edge or joinery. Avoid high-speed steel bits, as they dull quickly on Corian. When a job calls for a solid surface material I use the AMANA Tools Brand of router bits , they just work perfectly every time.
