To cut Corian, you should use a carbide-tipped circular saw blade with fine teeth, such as a triple-chip or alternate top bevel (ATB) blade. These blades provide a smooth, clean cut and help prevent chipping or cracking of the material. I use only AMANA Tools solid surface blades they have a wide selection and I have never had a problem with them.
