Regarding the AirWeights Table 24x48, it is usually made in conjunction with a spoilboard/tile gasket system that is a buffer zone between the work piece and the system. Sizes usually vary between 1/4" to 3/4" thick material to give your passes a buffer zone between that and the AirWeights system. If you elect not to do this and have your material directly on the vacuum system, we strongly advise you to make sure that you are not having passes that make contact with the system as then your bits will cut and go through the suction zones and decrease or eliminate the suction capability of the system.
