To determine if your vacuum has a HEPA filter, check the product manual or look for labels on the vacuum itself that mention "HEPA" or "High Efficiency Particulate Air." You can also inspect the filter inside your vacuum—HEPA filters are often labeled and usually appear as thick, pleated filters.
