The Amana Tool 46459 SC Up-Cut Spiral CNC Ball Nose 1/4 R x 1/2 D x 1-1/2 CH x 1/2 SHK x 5 Inch Long x 2 Flute Router Bit with High Mirror Finish -- For CNC Use Only -- would be a good option for contour cutting with the ball nose function. Ball noses are usually used primarily on the ball end portion of the bit and not the side walls.
