Yes the Amana Tool LB10801 Carbide Tipped Non-Melt Plastic 10 Inch D x 80T M-TCG, -2 Deg, 5/8 Bore, Circular Saw Blade should be able to cut 1.25" thick Acrylic sheets but make sure that you are cutting the Acrylic in a consistent manner and providing plenty of cooling/heat evacuation for the blade to leave a clean cut. Plastics unfortunately have a lower melting point and that makes them temperamental to cut.
