The main parts of a surface grinder include the base, table, saddle, column, wheel head, and grinding wheel. The base supports the machine, the table holds and moves the workpiece, and the wheel head contains the rotating grinding wheel used to perform the grinding operation. Never override the the double activation switches to accomplish speed , you will loose a finger.
