Lamp Black
Perfect Gray
Snow White
Antique White
Coastal Blue
General Finishes High Performance Water Based Topcoat and General Finishes Milk Paint would both be excellent options for boat finishing and painting and would especially good above the waterline. Your roll and tip technique should not provide any issues.
