In the video, Matt explains that he pre-painted the plywood blue and then puts the Oracal ORAMASK 813 Stencil Film 12 Inch Wide x 10 Foot Long Roll onto the piece before making the grooves and then paints the cuts with the General Finishes Water Based Milk Paint, Snow White, 1 Pint.
