Will the Amana Tool 203202 fit in a CNC 3/8" collet?

I am trying to drill 20mm hole for a Rafix 20 fastener for a closet organizer. Was wondering if this is a good fit and will it fit in a 3/8" collet on my CNC machine

The Amana Tool 203202 Carbide Tipped Hinge Boring Bit R/H 20mm D x 70mm Long x 10mm SHK is designed for a drill press and machine that uses a collet system to hold a one sided flat shank tool like this. It is not fully cylindrical and therefore will not work in a 3/8" tension spring collet.
