The settings for foam CNC typically include a low spindle speed, high feed rate, and shallow depth of cut to prevent melting or tearing the foam. Tool selection is also important, with single-flute or specialized foam-cutting bits often recommended. Always adjust the settings based on the foam density and type for best results. In my shop I have used the Amana Tool brand bits for all of my projects on many different materials .
