Question: Will this bit cut 3/16 in thick bloodwood (dense) for making multiple small parts?
Answer: Dear John,
This bit could cut that hardwood but I would advise using a shorter cutting height bit than the 13/16th" this one is. This would allow more strength and reduce vibration along the cutting length with a shorter tool. Something like 46200-K.

Question: looking for a .125 bit to cut hard plastics 1" -1.1" deep material
Answer: Dear Craig,
Unfortunately 1/8" diameter is not strong to cut 1" and over thick material. For that thickness, you would have to move to at least 3/16" diameter like part 48340-K :)
