Unfortunately the Woodpeckers SPT2 Shelf Pin and Drawer Slide Template is not designed with 8mm hole compatibility. The unit is designed for use with 1/4" and 5mm holes but not 8mm.
8mm hole Woodpeckers SPT2 Shelf Pin and Drawer Slide Template
I plan to install 8mm sleeves to hold a 5mm shelf pin. does the jig have 8mm hole capability? Thanks

When using the Woodpeckers SPT2 Shelf Pin and Drawer Slide Template with a retractable drill bit, the holes drilled for shelf pins are typically 1/2 inch (12.7mm) deep. The template is designed with guide holes for both 1/4 inch and 5mm shelf pins. For 5mm holes, the set-back distance (distance from the edge of the material) is usually 37mm.
