Can the d.840 be upgraded to the nema 23s with the semi closed loop? STEPCRAFT New 3rd Generation D.840 CNC Machine System

Can the d.840 be upgraded to the nema 23s and the semi closed loop system? Can’t seem to find it listed anywhere if it’s an open loop or closed loop? Also can the control board just be updated to the performance system board since this does now have the dual steppers?

yes, the STEPCRAFT New 3rd Generation D.840 CNC Machine System can be upgraded to have incorporated the NEMA 23 motors with encoder step monitoring and closed loop system. However, I do not have the toggle-able option on my website for this machine like I have it for the M-1000 and M-1400. You might be able to find the system sold independently and self-install it or you could choose one of the other M-series modes that have that option.
