Yes, the Woodpeckers SPLINE-23 Spline Jig can be set up for making 22.5 degree cuts. Naturally, the jig will hold the piece in a vertical fashion and then you will be able to adjust the two Super Track Rails in order to get the 22.5 degree angle that you are wanting.
