The Powermatic 1791078K PM1300TX-BK Dust Collector does not include a HEPA filter unfortunately. However, it does include a standard cloth filter bag and it is rated to be able to hold particles as small as 30 microns. The HEPA filter is rated at holding <.3 microns but that's what makes HEPA so great. This bag is still a solid option for holding material while working the job in it's own right.
