As of early 2024, SawStop estimates that their safety technology has prevented over 10,000 serious finger injuries. This number is based on customer reports of saw activations where injuries were avoided or minimized. While the exact number may vary, SawStop’s system has saved thousands of fingers since its introduction. Remember we are not as lucky as the Crab or Starfish , if they lose an arm it grows back.
