The basic purpose of a clamping tool is to hold objects securely in place during work processes such as cutting, drilling, or assembling. It prevents movement or shifting, ensuring accuracy and safety while working on the materials. There are many types of workholding devices , here are the types C-Clamps , Corner Clamps , F- Style Clamps , Parallel and Panel Clamps , Quick Clamps , Vises , Welding Clamps, Pipe Clamps . Remember the old Craftman saying " You always need one more clamp " .
