I don't have personal experience but I did some research and the sings unfortunately point to say no. The Woodpeckers STFSTOP Super Track Flip Stop is designed to be used with the Woodpecker Super Track and the Woodpecker Super Fence.
The JessEm Mast-R-Fence III has an upper T-track for accessories, it is a proprietary extrusion with a 3-9/16" high face. The Woodpeckers stop uses a 1/4-20 hex bolt, which might fit in the T-slot, but the clamping mechanism and indexing protrusions will not align properly with the JessEm fence profile.
