No, you can't use a sanding drum on a router. Routers operate at much higher speeds than drills or drill presses, which can make sanding drums unsafe and difficult to control, potentially causing damage or injury. Instead, sanding drums are designed for use with drill presses or rotary tools at lower speeds. Also it will not fit and if you "make it fit" it will be very dangerous for you.
