According to the chart, Part 46350-K is a 2 flute 1/4" diameter part and therefore accrding to the chart under 2 flute 1/4", the Feed rate is 220 Inches Per Minute.

I also double checked Amana Tool's (the manufacturer) website and they also state that for the tool 46350-K, they rate at 220 Inches Per Minute for the Feed Rate.
