A drill is a tool used for making round holes or driving fasteners. It typically consists of a rotating drill bit, a chuck to hold the bit, and a motor powered by electricity or batteries. Drills are commonly used in construction, woodworking, and metalworking. Many drills come with a clutch so as to not snap off a bolt or xxxx head when tightening them. I use the clutch on my drill all the time for that reason.
