The best saw blade for cutting melamine is a high-quality, carbide-tipped blade with a high tooth count, typically an 80-tooth or higher alternate top bevel (ATB) or triple-chip grind (TCG) blade. These blades produce clean, chip-free cuts on melamine surfaces. Using a scoring blade (on a table saw with that feature) can further reduce chipping.
