Starbond super glue typically cures in a matter of seconds using the Accelerator to a few minutes left to cure on its own, depending on the amount used and the materials being bonded. For a full cure and maximum strength, it is recommended to wait 24 hours. Using an accelerator does speed up the curing process significantly.
