A drill used to drive and remove screws should have a variable speed control and a reversible (forward and reverse) function. It should also be compatible with screwdriver bits and ideally have a clutch to prevent over-tightening or stripping the xxxx .
You must also use a undamaged bit or you will "Strip - out" the xxxx head and it will be hard to remove it.
