Yes, you can use regular router bits in a CNC machine as long as the shank size matches the collet and the material and bit type are suitable for your project. I wouldn't because a router bit is manly for a hand or table router , CNC-specific bits are often designed for higher precision and longer life, so they may provide better results for CNC applications.
