The Carbide 3D C3D-ROUTER-120 is a comprable alternative to the Makita RT0700. The Makita RT0700 however is still sold, just not on our website :)

Question: Can someone tell me the speed (rpm) for each # on the settings?
Answer: Dear Kelley,
We are unsure of the exact numbers on the tool but can confirm that the router has an RPM range is 12,000 - 30,000. My recommendation would be to ask Carbide 3D directly :).

Answer: The router draws 6.5 amps at 120 volts. This is about 780 watts. A "˜real' horsepower is 745 watts, so the trim router is about 1.05 HP.
