Dear Sadeeesha,

This bit is very strong but I think that you would need to take a look at the CNC Feed/Speed charts on Amana's site and see if it would be right for you as this is rated to cut softwoods, hardwoods, and MDF.

I can't say for certain if this could run on HPL or the speeds/feeds that it would run at.
