As a starting point for 45210 we suggest the following feeds and speeds for various types of materials.
HARDWOOD: 90 IPM @ 18,000 RPM with a depth per pass of 1/4" and a chip load of 0.002
SOFTWOOD: 150 IPM @ 18,000 RPM with a depth per pass of 1/4" and a chip load of 0.004
PLYWOOD: 100 IPM @ 18,000 RPM with a depth per pass of 1/4" and a chip load of 0.003
MDF: 180 IPM @ 18,000 RPM with a depth per pass of 1/4" and a chip load of 0.005
