What is the with of the panel groove. Is it a true 1/4" are is it a little less for metric panels?

For the shaper cutter 936 the with of the panel groove is a little less than 1/4".
We suggest that you use the Instile & Rail System like SC555 which will allow you to set it for under ¼"
