Does the lid have a rubber seal to make it weatherproof for keeping moisture out on a boat?

Does it have a rubber seal in the lid to make it weather proof. Looking at sorting tools on a boat and need to keep moisture out.

Dear Don,
This does not have a rubber seal to make it weather proof. The seal between the two pieces of plastic is a tight one, but with no rubber added.
