46315-K is not made to cut foam therefore the bits from the following link are the ideal bits for your application:

Why is this bit better for cutting foam than part 46315-K? CNC Solid Carbide Spiral, Foam Cutting Up-Cut and Down-Cut Router Bits
What makes these specifically good for foam? Why will I get better results using this bit as opposed to using something like 46315-K?
